Ben Piccus is a passionate and versatile composer and producer with 12 years of classically trained piano instruction. Ben writes and produces the score to "Gus Plus Us", a live action children's show with puppets and animation. His music has also been featured on sports programs such as CBS's The Master's 2019 as well as multiple reality TV series on networks such as Paramount and Fox. Ben is current with the tech side of music composition and always seeks to improve his workflow and efficiency. He is currently a Beta tester for companies like Libre Wave and Incirios that make high quality sampled “virtual” instruments for composers. Ben is a synth enthusiast and owns a Eurorack modular synth he uses for sound design and experimentation. Outside the studio, Ben enjoys mountain biking, playing chess, and cooking as well as building up his piano repertoire of different classical pieces.
